Welcome to LosOn Rentals (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Agreements (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, rental services, and any related transactions. By accessing our website or renting equipment from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment from LosOn Rentals.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the booking process.

2. Rental Periods & Extensions

• Rental periods begin on the date and time of equipment collection or delivery.
• Equipment must be returned on the agreed return date and time.
• Late returns may incur additional charges at the daily rental rate. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Rental Fees & Payments

• All fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Payment must be made in full before equipment is released.
• We may require a security deposit, refundable upon safe return of items.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods displayed on our website.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Yes, depending on when you cancel:

✅ Full refund: Cancellations made at least 10 days before the reserved date.

⚠️ 50% refund: Cancellations made at least 5 days before the reserved date.

❌ No refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the reserved date,or if items have already been shipped, or in cases of no-shows.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By renting from LosOn, you agree to:

• Use the rented equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose only.
• Keep the equipment in your possession and not sublet or loan it to others.
• Return equipment in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
• Immediately notify us if equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged.

6. Loss, Damage & Replacement

• You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented items during the rental period.
• In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, you may be charged the repair or replacement cost.
• If items are lost or stolen, you will be charged the full replacement value.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our rental equipment for:

• Illegal purposes or activities.
• Commercial use without prior written consent.
• Activities likely to cause excessive wear, damage, or risk to the equipment.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

• LosOn Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from the use of our equipment.
• You assume all risk and responsibility when using the rented items.
• We do not guarantee that our equipment will meet your specific travel needs.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for booking and rental purposes.

10. Termination of Agreement

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a rental agreement at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.
• In such cases, deposits and fees may be forfeited.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
• Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
